One day is better than none...right? :)

Oh pretty days - How we long for you. We are all getting so antsy and ready to enjoy some pretty weather. When??!! Well...yesterday was semi good weather so we headed outside. It may have only been one day, but that's better than none...right?

Yes, this is Jackson, and yes - he is trying to eat things off the ground. I'm so sorry Lizzie, but I had to snap a picture. It was too dang cute. :) P.S. I stopped him right before he put it in his mouth. lol

Sickness :(

So far, EVERYONE here has been sick at least once in the last two weeks. :( Poor kiddos. So...today, I sprayed Lysol on everything! I used clorox on all toys and washed curtains, blankets, stuffed animals, etc. I am ready for this secret "germ" to stop hiding out and leave my house! :)

I just wanted to make sure everyone knew about the Valentine's Day Party we will be having on February 11th at 5. Please be sure to send a small box that can be decorated for Valentine cards. :) I hope everyone can get well soon. Pray that we can. :)

I love, love, love taking pictures of all these kiddos. They are constantly being cute as ever, and I don't wanna miss anything. Well...sometimes...they get this annoyed look on their face at me or even ignore me when I come in the room carrying the dreaded camera...they already know that their eyesight will be compromised if they look up - and I'm sure they feel like they have to live in hiding (like a famous person hides from the paparazzi) lol. Maybe they will forgive me one day. But...you have to admit - even with their eyes closed, or with an annoyed look on their face, they are all the cutest kids ever. :)

Gavin didn't have a good night last night, so I decided to let Bella stay home so I could sleep just a little longer this morning. :) Usually Bella likes to be bossy and not mind me all that well, but today she did wonderfully. I was very surprised. She took on the role of "mother hen" to Jackson and offered to lay down with him at nap. Wow! What a difference that made. He went to sleep almost immediately and didn't cry one bit! :) I took a picture...it was way too cute to pass up.




Lexie decided today would be the day she would dish out kisses....Gavin just wasn't too sure about it. lol She tried several times, so I snapped a picture. Sooo cute. Funny thing is - not long after Lexie tried to kiss Gavin, Abby did too! I just wish I could have gotten a picture of it. These babies are just too precious for words!

Tuesday = Funday!

Today was yet another great day for the outdoors! We had a great lunch, had a nap, and then headed outside!

Brody had 2 bowls of macaroni!

Gabe had 2 bowls of macaroni and bunch of ketchup! lol

Lexie loves to eat. She sat in this chair for 45 minutes eating until everything was all gone. lol

Abby's beautiful, piercing blue eyes! She had chicken noodle dinner, and apple mango dessert for lunch.

Gavin had an oatmeal cream pie instead of eating his food...ugh...I'm such a sucker.

Jackson got sooo dirty! lol

This is the new "pull mower" we've been hearing so much about. haha

Outside fun!

Miraculously, we had a couple of nice days last week so we headed outside. Yeah! Being stuck indoors is NO fun...especially when you have a house full of mostly boys. They were definitely eager beavers to get outside. I snapped several photos. I hope you enjoy!
